1. General Terms
1.1 The Partner undertakes to read and accept the terms of the Partner Program before working with Esabet.
1.2 Only a user who has reached the age of 18 can become a member and fulfill the terms of the Partner Program. (Esabet is not responsible to third parties for failure of the Partner to comply with the legal age clause. If this clause is violated, the Company has the right to refuse to pay the Partner's Earnings and freeze their Partner Account)
1.3 All responsibility for the security of personal data, their storage, including login and password, lies with the Partner. The Company is not responsible for the loss of personal data by the Partner and / or their transfer to third parties.
1.4 Esabet has the right to make any changes to this Agreement, and where possible, notification of any significant changes will be sent to the email address provided by the Partner during the creation of the Partner Account.
2. Advertising
2.1 When placing Advertising Materials in the framework of cooperation with the Company, the Partner must strictly comply with the legislation in force in the country of placement of Advertising materials, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards; use only Advertising materials that have been moderated and approved by Esabet.
2.2 The Partner undertakes to monitor the relevance of Advertising Materials presented on its resource or resources (websites, social networks, instant messengers, etc.)
*The following Advertising materials are considered irrelevant:
– Incorrect terms of promotions, bonuses, and exclusive offers.
- Outdated creatives.
- Advertising materials that contain an outdated Company logo.
- Advertising materials that use the name of the Company or brands and contain links leading to competitors' websites. In the event of such a violation, the Company has the right to immediately review the terms of the Agreement with the Partner, reserving the possibility of blocking its Partner Account.
2.3 The Partner is solely and fully responsible for the operation and content of the resource or resources on which its Advertising Materials are posted.
2.4 The Partner guarantees and undertakes not to allow posting on its website or resources materials that are defamatory, subject to age restrictions, illegal, harmful, threatening, obscene, racially or ethnically intolerant, or otherwise undesirable or discriminatory, violent, politically sensitive or otherwise contradictory or violate the rights of the Company or the rights of third parties’ individuals.
2.5 Esabet is not responsible for any claims from third parties related to the resource or the Partner's resources, any products or services related to it.
If Advertising Materials that violate this Agreement are found on the resource or Partner's resources, the Partner is sent a warning with a request to replace them. The Partner undertakes to fix the detected problem within 5 (five) business days.
If the problem remains unresolved, the Company reserves the right to block Payments to the Partner through the Partner Program until the problem is resolved.
3. Confidential information
The Partner agrees not to disclose or transfer any confidential information to third parties unless the Partner has prior written consent from the Company. The Partner undertakes to use confidential information only for achieving the purposes of this Agreement. The Partner's obligations with respect to confidential information remain valid even after the termination of this Agreement. In case of violation of this Agreement, Esabet has the right to terminate the Agreement with the Partner and apply penalties in accordance with the current legislation on the protection of confidential information.
4. Commission for attracting new players
4.1 The Partner's earnings do not have a fixed value and depend on the Company's income received from those New Users who registered using the Partner's Referral Link, as well as on the quality of traffic.
4.2 Each new Partner immediately after registration receives a commission of 60% In the first 2 months once you have 5 active members per month. Once the cumulative negative profit in the first 2 months reaches R$30,000. The reward commission will continue to be 60% in the next 2 months. After that, the negative profit every 2 months reaches R$30,000, the 60% commission will be prolonged for 2 months. When the negative profit or the active members cannot meet the requirements, the 60% commission will be canceled and changed to the ordinary model to enjoy the commission.
4.3 If an affiliate has no new active members for two consecutive months, the withdrawal function will be restricted. The withdrawal can be restored once the active members meet the requirement. (Effective player definition: Genuine members with completed registration information, cumulative deposits reaching 100, and 1x turnover are considered valid.)
5. Payment of commission
5.1. The daily commission will be automatically disbursed to the affiliate account after 18:00 on the same day (settled on the next working day if it is a non-working day). Other types of commissions can be withdrawn from the 1st to the 5th of each month. During this period, commissions will not be updated and will be settled uniformly on the 6th.
5.2 Withdrawal Rules
Slots game commissions ≥R$ 200 and 3 active players in the current month, withdraw commission daily. Other commissions of R$≥R200 and a minimum of 3 active players in the current month, withdrawals can be made from the 1st to the 5th of each month.
5.3 The Company's Partner Program has the right to delay Payments to the Partner for up to 2 (two) months in case of unforeseen technical failures within the Partner Program, as well as if it is necessary to check the Partner and its traffic sources. If there is a delay in Payment, the Partner can check the reasons with the personal manager of the Company-a representative of the Partner Program.
6. Dispute resolution procedure
6.1 If partners have any questions about commission payment, they can contact agent customer service.
6.2 The Partner Program Support Service has the right to refuse to consider the complaint if the Partner does not provide proof that there is no violation.
6.3 The term of consideration of the complaint is 14 (fourteen) business days from the moment of its receipt.
6.4 The decision made by the Esabet in the framework of the Partner Program after consideration of the complaint is final and is not subject to review. The Company reserves the right to delete emails that contain profanity, insults, calls to violence, false accusations, and suspend cooperation with the Partner from whom sent such messages.
